Do QR codes expire?
QR Studio creates static QR codes and does not assign them an expiration date. If a QR code contains a link, it depends on the website or service it points to; that destination can change or become unavailable.
Does the app store my QR content?
The QR code is created on your device. The initial release does not save a QR history and does not send QR content to advertising services.
What is included in the free version?
You can create QR codes, add a caption, and export them as PNG files. The free version displays a discreet ad; completing a rewarded video turns ads off for 24 hours.
Is a subscription or PRO purchase available?
No. The initial release does not include a subscription or an active PRO purchase.
Why does a location link not open?
The QR code contains the map link you entered. Check that the link is complete and that the device has a compatible app or internet access.
How do I report an issue?
Email us at support@xattasoft.com with your device model, operating system version, and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not include Wi-Fi passwords or private information from QR content.
